Packing Tips

Pack heavy items in smaller boxes e.g. books DVD's.
Use larger boxes for lighter weight items.
Do not forget to tape the bottom of the boxes.
Once packed full, boxes should be clearly labeled as to their contents and destination in the new property.
Label clearly fragile boxes.
Put bedding and soft furnishings in bin liners.

Moving Tips

Before moving remember to;

Disconnect washing machines, cookers, dishwashers and all other appliances.
Empty and de-frost fridges and freezers.
Disconnect gas appliances using a Corgi Registered practitioner.
Inform your Doctor, Dentist, and Electricity gas and telephone supplier.
Inform Post Office to re-direct mail. Cancel or re-direct Milkman and newspaper deliveries.
